About Keith A. Minoff

EXPERIENCE

Keith Minoff has been a civil trial lawyer for over thirty years. After moving to Massachusetts from Washington, D.C. in 1988, Keith joined Robinson Donovan, a prestigious Springfield law firm, where he specialized in business litigation, employment litigation, insurance defense and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. In 2010, Keith opened his own law practice where he continues to specialize in business litigation and employment law with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution. As a seasoned litigation attorney, Keith has broad experience representing employers and employees, personal injury plaintiffs and insurers, business owners and companies, large and small, in many different types of matters ranging from complex business disputes and sophisticated products liability cases to employment discrimination claims and personal injury suits. He has participated in hundreds of successful mediations on behalf of his clients and has a deep respect for and belief in the mediation process. Keith has served as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous cases, with an emphasis on business litigation, personal injury and employment disputes.
